Henry Ray, Andres and Mau met working on ‘From Scratch’, a documentary series streaming on Peacock traveling the world, working with the best chefs to find the origin of ingredients and cook From Scratch

Henry Ray Gozzo

Born in Italy, Henry Ray moved to South Africa aged 5, where he grew up, studied Law & Economics, and explored as often as possible.

After working in the corporate world, he hiked his dream destination, Everest Base Camp.
It was always about the journey… He decided in that moment to pursue his dream of storytelling and film.
Henry Ray has since directed a social media campaign for Coca-Cola Africa, filmed commercials for many brands such as Red Cross, Toyota Gazoo Racing, Springboks, FNB, Investec, & any more.
He has live-streamed and directed live events and podcasts.
In 2019, he documented the Proteas, South Africa’s national cricket team, on their international tour & world cup run for a year, reinventing their social media image too.

He most recently directed and filmed several episodes over two seasons for the series ‘From Scratch’, streaming on Peacock. Working with renowned chefs from across the globe, they trace the origin of ingredients and recreate their dishes from scratch.

Never needing an excuse to film, his long-form photography & documentary series ‘Generations’ aims to capture traditions, stories, and cultures passed down.

Andres Santiago Rios

Born in Puerto Rico, Andrés has known food and film his entire life.
He studied film in New York, worked on multiple film productions as a camera operator & cinematographer, directed his short film ‘Cuesta Arriba’ and commercials for brands such as Vueve & Awet.

Andres only loves coffee as much as he loves film, capturing what feels like memories instead of moments on celluloid.

Andres has worked on many documentaries in Mexico, US, Europe, most recently directing and filming on 3 seasons of ‘From Scratch’, where he met Henry & Mau and have since worked together.

Mauricio Santiago

Born in Chiapas, ‘Mau’ has quickly established himself in the podcast and YouTube world in Mexico City, running multiple channels with millions of subscribers across them, an expert in social media and content creation!

Always smiling, you know everyone & everything is taken care of when Mau is running the show.

He has produced multiple productions and is currently producing two mini documentaries under Nomad Pictures in Mexico for Los Pochitos Botanero & Sebastian PanAmericiana ’26.
As an avid lover of cinema and the world around him, he dove into documentaries, filming on the series ‘From Scratch’, where he met Andres & Henry and has since worked with.
